Tom Wood is a Norwegian jewellery house founded in 2013 by Mona Jensen, and our Company consists of approximately 60 employees across Oslo, Tokyo, and Barcelona.

Rooted in Scandinavian aesthetic principles of innovation and functionality, our jewellery house is known for its contemporary and distinctive design. With a commitment to responsible practices and quality, jewellery from Tom Wood is crafted to last a long time with the lowest environmental impact as possible.

About the position

As a Sales Advisor at Tom Wood, you will work closely with the Store Manager and a dedicated retail team, playing a key role in representing our brand. You will be the face and voice of Tom Wood, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying our values on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store according to company guidelines
  • Maintain an outstanding store condition in line with company standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage long-term loyalty
  • Understand the current product range and participate in staff training and brand activities
  • Fully understand and follow all team procedures and policies

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the fashion, jewellery, or service industry
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Motivated to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Precise, organised, and structured in approach
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs
