【具体的な仕事内容】
■業務内容:
経営層から各人事組織など、社内の様々なカウンターパートと連携をしながら、データドリブンな意思決定の基盤を作っていただきます。
具体的には以下のような業務において、問題整理から最適な提案・構築・実行までを遂行頂きたいと考えています。
◎グローバルでの人事システム構想策定(基幹システム + 周辺システム)
◎Workdayの利活用推進(既存機能の最適化や機能エンハンス)
◎人事データの活用方針策定、分析基盤構築
◎ピープルマネジメント、チームのパフォーマンス最大化
データに立脚しながらも、その関与する範囲は採用・配置・育成・評価・退職マネジメントなど多岐にわたります。

■募集背景:
メドレーは「医療ヘルスケアの未来をつくる」をミッションに掲げ、オンライン診療・電子カルテなどの機能を搭載したクラウド診療支援システムや、医療介護業界の人材不足解消を目指す採用システムなどの事業を展開しています。事業を通じて、病院や行政による「持続可能な医療」や、 患者さんやそのご家族にとって「納得のできる医療」を実現していきます。
会社のフェーズとしては15周年を迎え、社員数はグループ全体で1,000名を超える規模となりました。2019年12月末に上場を果たし、次の10年に向けて積極的な新規事業の開発やM&A・グローバルへの展開などを計画しています。
2022年3月にグローバル人事ERPのWorkdayを導入し、今後は更なる機能エンハンスやデータ利活用の体制づくりを目指しています。これまでのシステム部門または人事領域の経験を活かし、勘や経験による人事管理ではなく、データドリブンな意思決定を推進いただける方を募集します。

■必須条件:
・コンサルティングファーム、または事業会社における人事業務(コアHR、給与計算、勤怠管理、タレントマネジメントなど)に関わる業務経験3年以上
・HRIS(SAP、Workdayなど)の構想/導入/保守に関する業務経験・知識
・プロジェクトマネージャー/リーダーの経験
■歓迎条件:
・人事基幹制度(報酬・評価・等級)の0からの企画・運用設計の経験
・人材開発の企画/運用の経験
・管理会計に関する知識と経験
・語学力(英語での読み書き・会話・議論などの実務経験)
