営業アシスタント(事業サポート)業務の目的・役割
防衛省・自衛隊・官公庁向けのプロジェクトがスムーズに進むよう、営業担当者のサポートをお願いします。
提案書の作成やスケジュール調整、社内外とのやりとりなど、幅広い業務を通じて、チームの一員として活躍していただきます。
専門知識は入社後に学べるので、意欲をもって取り組める方を歓迎します
主な仕事内容
- 防衛関連プロジェクトの進行サポート
- 提案書・見積書・社内申請資料などの作成補助
- 商社・メーカー・技術パートナーとの連絡・調整
- 製品デモや現地調査などのスケジュール調整
- 案件の進捗報告資料や会議の議事録作成
- 契約・受発注に関する社内手続きのサポート
- 英文メールや資料の翻訳(翻訳ツールの使用OKだが、コピペではなく自分で再確認できる方)
- 営業責任者への報告やフォローアップ業務
応募資格必須スキル・経験
- 社会人としての基本的なビジネスマナー
- Excel、Word、PowerPointを使った資料作成に抵抗がない方
- 関係者とのスケジュール調整やタスク管理ができる方
- 英語メールの読み書きに抵抗がない方(翻訳ツール使用OK)
- 機密情報の取り扱いに注意を払える方

- 営業事務や法人営業の経験
- 官公庁向けの業務やプロジェクトに関わった経験
- 貿易・輸入業務の基礎知識(NACCS、通関書類など)
- 英語でのやりとりに興味があり意欲的に取り組める方
- セキュリティ・通信・ドローンなどの技術に関心がある方

勤務条件
- 勤務地:本社(茅場町駅)※将来的には在宅勤務も併用可能(基本オフィス勤務)
- 雇用形態:正社員または契約社員
- 想定年収:450万〜550万円(経験・スキルに応じて決定。昇給アリ)
- 所属:防衛ソリューション事業部(Group 4)
- 上司:防衛事業責任者
