Primary Purpose / Regulatory Responsibilities:
UCB製品を必要とする患者さんへの医療アクセスを維持・拡大させ、UCBの製品の価値の最大化に貢献するというミッション実現のため、製品の安定供給と特約店との取引を円滑に推進・実現し、特約店におけるUCB製品の優先度を継続的に最大化するための活動を担う
Major Responsibilities
- 物流業務
- 受注・出荷業務。仕切書・請求書などの発行送付
- 医薬品供給不安への対応(販売予測など他部署と連携)
- 品質クレーム製品、回収などの物流対応
- 新製品発売、包装変更などの物流管理、特約店案内の作成
- 各種SOPの作成、更新、管理
- 特約店管理
- 取引基本契約他各種覚書立案、締結、管理(IDD実施など)
- 与信、及び債権管理
- 各種支払い管理
- 薬価改定時対応
- 薬価改定に伴う、特約店への物流対応(各種案内など作成)
- 薬価改定時の価格管理(SAPへの価格変更登録、関係部署への連絡など)
- 物流関連情報の社内共有
- 物流関連情報の説明資料作成、情報発信(関連部署との連携)
- 物流委託業者含め他部署との連携。

COMPETENCIES

- 医薬品流通制度、薬事法、医療制度に関する知識
- コミュニケーションスキル(社内・社外)
- プレゼンテーションスキル
- Excel,Word,Power PointのBasic Skill
- データ管理、分析スキル

- 医薬品業界の物流関連業務経験(3年以上)もしくは、特約店本社担当者業務経験(3年以上)
- 受注出荷関連のSAPシステムの使用経験
