必要な条件/経験:
- ビジネス、ビジネスロー、HR、または関連する分野の学士号を取得していること(同等の実務経験でも可)。
- HR ビジネス パートナーまたは HR ゼネラリストとしての 10 年以上の経験。
- 日本語と英語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、日本国内のステークホルダーをサポートできること。
望ましい経験/スキル:
- 不明確な状況を管理し、統計情報を分析して根本原因をつきとめた経験と、ビジネス チャンスを見極め、それに合わせて戦略を調整した経験。
- グローバル HR 運用プロジェクト(システム活用、関連リスクの管理や低減、チェンジ マネジメントのサポート、ビジネス対応、コミュニケーション、トレーニング アクティビティなど)を主導、実施した経験。
- 日本国内の労働法と労使関係の環境を理解していること。
- さまざまな部門やチームと協力して業務を遂行し、アドバイザーとしてあらゆるレベルの役員や管理職社員から信頼を勝ち取れること。

業務内容
- 従業員代表および第三者との関係を管理し、ビジネスおよびその他の関係者(人事、エンプロイー リレーションズ、雇用法務)と協力して、Google が日本国内の法律に基づく情報提供および協議の義務を遵守できるようにする。
- リーダーシップを発揮してリスクを軽減し、日本の従業員代表と建設的な労使関係を構築する。
- 国内の法的要件を考慮しつつ、労使関係に関するプロセスを評価および改善して効率化を図る。
- HR チームおよび社内関係者の労使関係に関する判断力とスキルの向上に向け、包括的なトレーニングを開発および実施する。
- 労使問題に関する信頼できる専門家として HR および経営陣にアドバイスを行う。社内外の動向や規制の変化を注視し、人事チームやリーダーシップ チームにガイダンスを提供する。
