About the Role

As we enter our third year and scale rapidly (35,000+ annual guests), we are seeking a dedicated Operations Specialist to power our travel arrangement operations and deliver a world-class fulfillment experience. This is not a passive administrative role; we are looking for a proactive operations professional who can execute our consultants' tailored itineraries with absolute precision on the ground. You will play a vital role in ensuring every trip is booked flawlessly while maintaining strong guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Supplier Relations & Sourcing: Research and connect with high-quality local suppliers (hotels, unique experience providers) to keep our product offerings competitive and fresh.
• Daily Operations & Logistics: Manage agent/client email correspondence, finalize detailed itineraries, handle invoicing/payment requests, and organize guest "Welcome Packages."
• End-to-End Fulfillment: Execute and confirm bookings for accommodations, transportation (JR, private cars), guides, and local activities with 100% precision in line with planned itineraries.
• Workflow & Efficiency: Help refine daily operational flows and leverage booking systems to handle growing trip volumes smoothly.
• Smart Sourcing: Manage bookings with a keen eye on cost-efficiency and profit margins without compromising quality. Requirements

Experience:
Proven experience (1 year+) in travel operations or tour arrangement (land operator experience is a plus). We are strictly looking for professionals who understand the nuances of the Japanese travel market and its suppliers.
• System Knowledge: Hands-on experience with operational tools and managing booking databases.
• Language: Professional-level fluency in both Japanese and English is mandatory. (Candidates with only conversational Japanese will not be considered, as the role requires deep negotiation with domestic suppliers.)
• Mindset: A detail-oriented professional with a "start-up" mindset. High sense of ownership, accuracy, and quick problem-solving skills.
