Senior Consultant – Oracle NetSuite

We are hiring on behalf of our client, Appficiency, for an experienced Senior Consultant II with strong expertise in Oracle NetSuite implementations, functional consulting, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Oracle NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training.
• Work simultaneously on 2–4 client engagements and oversee 3–5 projects.
• Manage client relationships, understand business requirements, and recommend effective NetSuite solutions.
• Design complex NetSuite solutions and support integrations with other business systems.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvements and optimization.
• Mentor junior consultants and support project delivery teams.
• Manage project allocations, team capacity, and billable hours.
• Ensure successful project delivery within scope, timelines, and budgets. Required

Experience:
• 6+ years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or Business Analyst on implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle NetSuite modules and configurations.
• Experience designing and implementing complex NetSuite solutions.
• At least 1–2 years of experience managing direct reports.
• Strong understanding of business processes, ERP implementations, and SaaS solutions.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience). MBA is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to client locations when required. Industry Specializations (Experience in One or More): Finance / AMP
• NetSuite Financials, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), SuiteBilling, Subscription Management, Multi-Book Accounting, OneWorld, and Project-Based Accounting. Wholesale Distribution / Manufacturing
• NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing, Work Orders & Assemblies, Demand & Supply Planning, and Advanced Inventory Management.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, distribution, or warehousing. Construction
• Experience with construction ERP platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Sage 300, Viewpoint Vista, Acumatica, or CMiC.
• Knowledge of Job Costing, Project Management, Estimation, Procurement, and Financial Management.
