• Strong bridge engineer skills, including requirements analysis, specification documentation, and coordination between Japanese clients and development teams.
• Proficient Japanese language skills (business level or higher) and solid communication in English and/or Vietnamese for effective cross-border collaboration.
• Experience in software development or system integration, with understanding of common architectures, SDLC, and quality assurance practices.
• Proven ability to manage tasks, schedules, and risks, with hands-on experience in project coordination or project management in an IT environment.
