Job Description
]
• Join the Global Mobility Business Process Team as an SAP PP Process Consultant specializing in Planning process area (Plan-to-Fulfill)
• Support and enhance core business processes within Bosch’s Mobility Sector
• Focus on planning processes across SAP R/3 and S/4HANA environments
• Play a key role in SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and digitalization programs
• Drive process standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement at a global level [主な業務内容]

Key Responsibilities
]
• Act as a Planning Process Consultant (SAP PP & APO) with expertise in Demand Planning, Forecasting, and MRP processes
• Support, optimize, and deploy planning processes across global SAP landscapes (R/3 & S/4HANA)
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA rollout and transformation projects as part of Bosch’s digital transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with Process Experts, Process Managers, and internal IT Teams to drive process harmonization and standardization
• Provide support for requirements definition, testing, user training, and documentation throughout the project phase, followed by operational support after go-live. [募集背景]

• IT、ロジスティクス、情報システム、または関連分野の学士号
• SAP PP領域において約5年のプランニング関連実務経験（MRP、APO、需要計画、予測など）プロジェクトの立ち上げから安定化までの実務経験がある方 　 グローバルプロジェクトおよびS/4HANAの経験があれば尚可
• 製造業における物流業務経験（自動車業界の経験があれば尚可）
• SAP APOとERP間の統合に関する十分な理解
• 以下の経験をお持ちの方：
• プロセスコンサルティングおよびロールアウトプロジェクト
• FIT-GAP分析および業務プロセス設計
• テストストマネジメントおよびユーザーサポート ・以下のスキルをお持ちの方：

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field
• Approximately 5 years of SAP PP functional experience in planning (MRP, APO, Demand Planning, Forecasting), with hands-on experience in full-cycle SAP implementations or rollout projects; exposure to global projects and S/4HANA is preferred.
• Experience in logistics within manufacturing industries; automotive industry experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration between APO and ERP systems
• Experience in:

• Ability to:
