About the role
You will be working in a team of 3, supporting accounting activities for Japan. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be assisting in AP, AR, GL, fixed asset management , financial reportings and intercompany reconciliation.
Main tasks: Support in accounting activities, mainly AP, AR, GL, fixed asset management and intercompany reconciliation. Assist in monthly and yearly closing, management reporting, tax filing, forecast & budgeting. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on queries and support in audit. Maintain accuracy and integrity of reports, financial statement. Any ad-hoc accounting activities assigned by supervisor Qualifications and
experience:
Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy with at least 2 years of expeirence in accounting function or at least 5 years working experience in Accounting function. Experience working with IFRS and knowledge of corporate tax is a big plus Other skills and attributes: Knowledge of MS Excel functions like VLookup & Pivot Table Assisted in monthly and yearly closing
