Required Skills (MUST):
- Basic programming skills
- Experience in web application development
- Ability to independently propose and discuss specifications, and implement features with self-written tests
- Communication skills sufficient to discuss product matters with members from other roles/disciplines
Preferred Skills (WANT):
- Proactive ability to continuously learn new technologies and trends
- Understanding of how technical solutions address business needs
- Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve goals

Product Vision:
Provide customers with convenient in-store payments via smartphone apps and online payment mechanisms.
Currently expanding on iOS and Android apps, with development including:
- Processing electronic money payments and deposit requests from registers or smartphone apps
- Connecting to banks and credit companies for deposits
- Granting and using points based on usage
- Secure and effective utilization of member information
- Other new cashless-related services
Detailed Responsibilities (as Backend Engineer):
Serve as the core of the system, enhancing the reliability and performance of the payment system.
Leverage your technical skills and passion to elevate our services to the next level.
Responsibilities include:
- Project management (project planning, requirements coordination, expectation management, progress tracking, issue management, etc.)
- Supporting team members and continuously improving development processes
- Facilitating various meetings (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.)
- Coordination and collaboration with related departments and stakeholders
