推進系エンジニア/ Electric Propulsion Engineer

Job Description
※適性やご経験に応じて、以下のいずれか（または複数）の業務をお任せします。 * 設計・プロジェクト管理 　小型推進機の概念設計、詳細設計、および次世代推進機のシステム設計・プロジェクトマネジメント * 試験・性能分析 推進機の組立・試験実行、試験計画の策定 * 技術調査・先行研究 　推進性能および信頼性向上のための革新的な材料、製造方法、新興技術の調査・評価 * ドキュメンテーション 　技術報告書、論文、プレゼンテーション資料の作成、および開発・実験に関する包括的な文書化 *** Depending on your background and expertise, you will be responsible for one or more of the following: System Design & PM 　Conceptual and detailed design for small propulsion systems 　Next-generation propulsion system design and project management Testing & Analysis 　Assembly, testing execution, and test planning for propulsion systems 　Performance data analysis, anomaly identification, and corrective actions for system optimization Technical Research & Innovation 　Research and evaluation of innovative materials, manufacturing methods, and emerging technologies to enhance performance and reliability Documentation 　Preparation of technical reports, research papers, and presentation materials 　Comprehensive documentation of test results and project progress

Qualifications
* 人工衛星向け推進機に関する研究もしくは開発の経験 * 宇宙推進工学に関する一般的な知識 *** * Experience in R&D or development of satellite propulsion systems * Fundamental knowledge of space propulsion engineering

Preferred Qualifications
* 真空装置に関する一般的な知識 * 電気推進機に関する専門的な知識・経験 * 軌道・姿勢など，人工衛星の制御に関する知識・経験 *** * Knowledge or experience with vacuum equipment and systems * Specialized knowledge or experience in electric propulsion systems * Knowledge or experience in satellite attitude and orbital control systems (AOCS)

Working style
専門業務型裁量労働制 標準的な勤務時間帯：9:00〜18:00（所定労働時間：8時間、休憩：1時間） ※始業・終業時刻は労働者の裁量に委ねられます（みなし労働時間：1日8時間） *** Discretionary Working System for Professional Work Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 scheduled working hours, 1-hour break) Note: Start and end times are at the employee's discretion (deemed working hours: 8 hours per day).
